  • Conduct primary and secondary user research regularly
  • Carry out Market Research, Business Research, Customer Research processes
  • Collect, process, analyze data, find weak points in the product, suggest ways to improve it, and test solutions with users to get real feedback
  • Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research
  • Conduct market research and ethnography
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate appropriate research topics
  • Plan and implement customer research strategies and methodologies
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations
  • Conduct design usability studies with customers
  • Conduct app usability studies with customers
  • Identifying user and market needs through various methods such as qualitative, quantitative and ethnographic research
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Make recommendations for new products, services and features
  • Collaborate with product teams to realize new products, services, and features
  • Testing solutions with customers in the form of a Prototype or MVP
  • Developing solutions into a business opportunity

Kualifikasi

  • Understand UX Research Principles
  • Specific research skills such as interviews, observations, user tests, quantitative and qualitative data analysis
  • Communication skills
  • Understanding of the product and business being run
  • Understand the user from what is said (directly) or what is not said (indirectly)
