Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Design, launch, and manage a tiered loyalty program on Shopify
  • Drive loyalty program enrollment across all channels including website, offline stores, WhatsApp, and post-purchase email
  • Grow website revenue
  • Diagnose and optimize the full conversion funnel: homepage → product discovery → checkout → post-purchase
  • Benchmark against best-in-class brands and close gaps
  • Manage and optimize marketplace (Shopee) conversion
  • Grow WhatsApp online revenue
  • Manage digital ad campaigns and optimize for ROI
  • Activate existing RFM segmentation
  • Select and implement a WhatsApp CRM tool for personalized selling at scale
  • Design win-back campaigns for the dormant segment
  • Shift WhatsApp from broadcast blasts to personal relationship selling
  • Build post-purchase sequences (confirmation → shipping → follow-up → review request)
  • Create lifecycle flows: welcome series, reactivation, tier upgrade notifications
  • Build dashboards including net revenue per channel, repeat purchase rate, loyalty member revenue %, AOV, and inventory aging
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations for channel allocation and spend

Kualifikasi

  • 3–5 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or CRM
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms — understands how to brief developers and QA their output
  • Hands-on CRM experience: customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and experience with at least one CRM platform
  • Analytical and data-driven — comfortable pulling insights from Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and customer databases
  • Understands e-commerce operations: fulfillment, inventory, and online–offline channel integration
  • Builder mentality — you'll create systems from scratch, not maintain existing ones
  • Strong cross-functional communicator — works across production, warehouse, retail, and design
  • Experience owning or directly contributing to a revenue target
