Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Plan & produce weekly content (photos, videos, reels, TikTok, property tours)
• Act as an on-camera talent for social media content
• Develop basic copywriting (caption, hooks, CTA, awareness content)
• Collaborate with design, videographer, and editing teams to execute content
• Monitor social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, insights, leads)
• Maintain weekly leads database and coordinate with Sales Team
• Support digital campaign activities to boost traffic & lead conversion
Kualifikasi
• Minimum D3/S1 in any major (Marketing/Communications preferred)
• Familiar with social platforms (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube) & content trends
• Basic understanding of digital campaign, CTA structure & lead funneling
• Confident in front of camera, communicative, adaptive, and open to learn
• Able to work with timelines & weekly content schedules
• Portfolio/Content samples or personal social media account is a big advantage
