Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop company new brand in personal care products
- Plan & execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, website, email, social media, and E-Commerce to expand brand awareness and improve engagements
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Managing KOL (Influencer)
- Hosting live session in social media
Kualifikasi
- Have experience in digital marketing min. 1 year in beauty or personal care industry is a must
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with social media management and advertising platforms
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Full WFO, placement : Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta
