Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing.
Develop and implement social media strategies, manage social media accounts, and create engaging posts.
Conduct keyword research, manage bid strategies, and optimize website and ad copy for search engines.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Work with web development teams to ensure website functionality, user experience, and SEO best practices are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Kualifikasi

5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in high-growth environments.
Demonstrated ability to run campaigns across multiple platforms, tailoring strategies to diverse audiences.
Demonstrable success scaling marketing operations to drive revenue growth across products, platforms, or services.
Proven expertise in growth marketing funnels from top-of-funnel awareness through to conversion, onboarding, and retention.
Hands-on technical skills in performance marketing (SEO/SEM) & analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, attribution modeling).
Ability to combine performance-driven strategies with creative brand storytelling to drive brand awareness and credibility.
Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to set targets, report weekly on KPIs, and consistently optimize campaigns for ROI.
