Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Develop digital advertising plans, strategies, roadmaps, and timelines. This includes optimizing various metrics such as views, clicks (both organic and paid), user retention, and orders.
- Take charge of advertising operations and optimization while managing the paid media budget efficiently and effectively, both in the planning stage and in practical implementation.
- Analyze competitors' digital advertising strategies.
- Evaluate the performance of daily, monthly, and annual advertisements.
- Create a comprehensive media plan with a clear advertising strategy and timeline, following the guidance of superiors. Optimize ads for platforms like meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Maintain relationships with third-party digital advertising partners.
- Monitor the performance of digital marketing systems and the ecommerce infrastructure to assess productivity levels and make regular recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the agency to analyze digital strategy priorities and achieve optimal results. Contribute to the development of strategies and processes for the digital commerce environment.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports to track and communicate the outcomes of digital advertising efforts.
Kualifikasi
Does it match your criteria?
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in paid advertising, preferably with a background in agencies or beauty/skincare companies.
- Proficient in using advertising platforms like Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, AdWords/SEO, and other media buying tools.
- Skilled in creating media plans and comfortable collaborating with teams, freelancers, and digital agencies.
- Knowledgeable about content marketing and proficient in using Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics dashboards for analysis and reporting.
- Familiar with optimizing Cost per Click, Cost per Sales, and marketing targeting on various platforms.
- Capable of conducting thorough keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
- Experienced in working with advertising agencies, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Adept at budget management and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Effective negotiation abilities.
- Extensive networking experience in the digital platforms and agencies sector.
- Well-versed in best practices for content creation, both organic and paid.
