- Develop and execute high-performance digital marketing strategies aimed at global customer acquisition
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) targeting both B2B and B2C segments
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate features into compelling messaging
- Lead SEO efforts and conversion rate optimization across web properties
- Develop thought leadership and storytelling content to position the brand as an AI industry leader
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and community-building initiatives
- Analyze campaign metrics and use data to iterate, scale, and improve results
- Stay current on AI and digital marketing trends to ensure competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- 2โ3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, ideally within SaaS, AI, or tech startups
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Indonesian) with strong attention to linguistic detail
- Demonstrated experience developing a distinctive brand voice and strategy
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel), A/B testing, and marketing automation
- Highly creative and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Deep understanding of social media, email, and performance marketing best practices
