Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, plan and execute digital performance marketing campaign strategy with performance-based orientation and strong ability of goal setting.
- Contribute to Company business growth by delivers outstanding campaign performance results with responsible of effective media spending .
- Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our digital marketing efforts against industry leaders and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop high performance team with growth focus on capabilities, skills, knowledge and personal development.
- Provide regular report and digital marketing analysis such as general performance overview, campaign performance trends or benchmark, and campaign performance forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Proven min 4 years working experience in digital marketing
- Experience in building cohesive digital marketing strategies
- Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used to measure digital marketing success
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- Good leadership skills with previous project and/or team management
- Google certified would be an advantage, along with certifications in social media platforms or paid media
- Experience working with data visualization tools is a plus
- Fluent English communication.
