Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Membuat strategi sales dan marketing di media sosial dan marketplace untuk mencapai target penjualan
- Melakukan evaluasi dan budgeting biaya marketing & sales
- Menyusun program kerja dan evaluasi tim dalam eksekusi strategi branding dan marketing yang dibuat
- Melakukan Riset Pasar dan Kompetitor untuk mencari produk yang popular / potensial untuk dijual
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen/Manajemen Pemasaran/Ilmu Komunikasi dan jurusan relevan lainnya
- Berpengalaman minimal 4 tahun sebagai Digital Marketing Leader dengan fokus E-Commerce & Social Media Strategy (lebih disukai yang memiliki pengalaman membangun brand baru)
- Berpengalaman langsung dalam mengelola Tiktok Ads, Marketplace Ads, dan Relationship Management
- Terbiasa menjalankan dan mengoptimalkan campaign untuk mencapai ROAS yang tinggi
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis & pelaporan evaluasi kinerja tim marketing dan penjualan (sales online)
- Terbiasa handle launching & branding produk secara digital end to end
- Gadget enthusiast
- Bersedia penempatan di Kota Malang
