We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive our online marketing strategy, ensuring seamless integration between digital channels and overall brand campaigns. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand presence, increase audience engagement, and optimize digital performance.
Digital Strategy + Brand Growth
- Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the overall brand vision and objectives.
- Identify and propose digital-first initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Ensure a seamless online-offline experience, working closely with other Marketing team members.
Social media & Content Strategy
- Develop platform-specific content strategies, leveraging Stories, Reels, Live content, and user-generated content.
- Oversee the execution of all social media content, ensuring engagement-driven strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content is produced consistently.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement in real time, fostering community interaction and brand loyalty.
KOL and Influencer Collaboration
- Identify, evaluate, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers who align with the brand’s values.
- Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, negotiate partnerships, and manage relationships to maximize reach and impact.
- Track and measure the success of influencer collaborations, adjusting tactics based on performance analytics.
Digital Campaign Alignment
- Ensure all offline campaigns are digitally amplified via pre-event promotions, live coverage, and post-event engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team and oversee campaign-specific digital content creation, ensuring messaging and visuals align across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop and execute social media promotions, paid digital ads, email campaigns, and landing pages to support marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytical tools, optimizing efforts based on data insights.
Content and SEO Management
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content for websites and social media to ensure high visibility and engagement.
- Implement SEO best practices and collaborate with the content team to boost organic search rankings.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to enhance user engagement and drive traffic.
Digital Advertising Oversight
- Work with the Digital Performance Specialist to optimize paid ad strategies for awareness and traffic.
- Measure and report on the return on investment (ROI) of online campaigns, using insights to refine future strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with product offerings.
- Act as the digital lead for offline activations, ensuring they have strong digital extensions.
Kualifikasi
- Min. 5 years' experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or a similar role in the lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience in digital campaign execution, including paid ads, content marketing, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, performance marketing, and engagement-driven content.
- Analytical mindset – ability to track performance, extract insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Experience working with digital tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
