  • Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (KPIs) for digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website for SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop engaging and innovative campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
