Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute Social Media Marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
- Plan digital campaigns including defining objectives, audience targeting, channel selection, and execution timelines
- Create engaging and persuasive copy writing for both organic and paid content
- Manage and optimize advertising budget spending to ensure cost efficiency and target achievement (awareness, leads, conversions)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and KPIs (such as CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS)
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with design and related teams to maintain brand consistency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing, preferably in B2B marketing or digital product/technology industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Strong copywriting and persuasive communication skills.
- Good understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, and ad budget management.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Basic understanding of digital products or technology industry is a plus.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
