Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media presence across major platforms.
- Plan and schedule content aligned with brand voice.
- Create engaging social media copy and captions.
- Collaborate with the creative team and cross-functional teams on visual concepts and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant content ideas.
- Engage with the community and respond to comments/messages.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on social media metrics.
- Conduct basic keyword research and assist with SEO.
- Support email marketing and website content updates.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media (internships count).
- Understanding of major social media platforms.
- Passion for fitness culture and streetwear trends.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles. Proactive and independent work style.
- Analytical mindset with basic data tracking skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing brand social accounts.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Content creation/editing skills.
- E-commerce marketing understanding.
