- Competitive Pricing Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor pricing and adjust the "Top Up No Limit" offering to ensure it remains the most cost-effective option, even by 1 rupiah, maintaining a strong competitive advantage in the market.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, user engagement, and overall presence across a variety of platforms.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer complaints related to "Top Up No Limit" services, collaborating with the Voca Game team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
- Growth Focus: Spearhead the growth and market expansion of "Top Up No Limit," driving increased user engagement and broadening its reach in the market.
- Vendor & Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with digital marketing vendors and partners to optimize campaign performance, while identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media presence by curating and creating engaging content that strengthens brand loyalty and amplifies the company’s voice across all channels.
- Operational Leadership: Lead and coordinate with team members to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with company goals. Additionally, develop and manage budgets for operations and projects to ensure smooth execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a focus on digital marketing or growth marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends to inform digital marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and to implement innovative approaches to drive engagement and sales
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and driving performance.
