Are you passionate about building impactful digital campaigns and driving brand growth? Join Unifam and take the lead in creating integrated digital marketing activations that connect consumers with our brands while delivering business results.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media.
- Translate brand strategies into engaging digital activations across social media, influencers, CRM, e-commerce, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Analyze consumer insights and campaign data to recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Creative, CRM, E-commerce, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage digital agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative, or Marketing Strategy.
- Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and media channels.
- Experience in developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and consumer insights.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
