Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Plan, set up, and manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with content and design teams to align creatives with campaign strategy.
Conduct research on digital marketing trends, competitors, and target audiences.
Support retargeting, email marketing, and other online promotional campaigns.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / Digital Advertising.
Familiar with SEO, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Tiktok Ads.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Basic understanding of digital marketing funnel and e-commerce.
Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under tight deadlines.
have a portfolio showcasing previous digital marketing or ad campaign work (can include screenshots, reports, or project summaries).

Nice to Have

Experience managing ad budgets above IDR 10 million/month.
Knowledge of Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, or GA4.
Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation.
