Responsibilities :

  • Deep understanding of the P2P industry: A thorough knowledge of P2P lending, crowdfunding, or other relevant P2P models is essential. This includes understanding regulatory frameworks, risk management, and the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise: A proven track record in digital marketing, including experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Data-driven decision-making: The ability to analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills: Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including investors, borrowers, and lenders.
  • Creativity and innovation: The ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
  • Problem-solving skills: The capacity to identify and address challenges related to marketing performance, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in the P2P industry: Prior experience in marketing for P2P platforms or related financial services industries is highly advantageous.
  • Campaign management: Successful track record of planning, executing, and measuring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Budget management: Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • CRM and marketing automation: Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer relationships.
  • A/B testing and optimization: Experience in conducting A/B tests and using data to optimize marketing campaigns continuously.

Kualifikasi

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Social Media Marketing Institute).
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the P2P industry.
