Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of digital marketing channels, ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to create engaging and targeted content for advertising purposes.
- Manage technical aspects of the website and associated channels, ensuring smooth user experience and performance.
- Work alongside other marketing teams to ensure the smooth execution and alignment of marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Min. 1 year of work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to think in a structured and logical way, solving problems with a systematic approach.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, especially for understanding the target audience and marketing needs.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Passion for experimentation and trying new strategies to optimize campaigns and achieve better results.
- Familiarity with various performance marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
