  1. Execute results-driven social media strategy
  2. Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
  3. Create, contribute, and collaborate in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo contents.
  4. Attend events and produce live social media content
  5. Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  6. Create, contribute, and collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar
  7. Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  8. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
  9. Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
  10. Create, contribute, and collaborate on social media marketing strategy and influencer marketing strategy

Kualifikasi

  1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or any other related majors
  2. Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
  3. Ambition to exceed aggressive conversion targets and individual career goals.
  4. Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms/tools
  5. Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
  6. Excellent social listening skills
  7. Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
  8. Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
  9. Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
  10. Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
  11. Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  12. Be highly organized and have a high level of accountability for the quality and outcomes of your work and your team’s work.
  13. Able to work independently and effectively in a team
  14. Be open to receiving constructive feedback
  15. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
