Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure the campaigns are aligned with the target audience and product positioning, with a strong focus on OTC products.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage digital media budgets and oversee media buying and planning, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI for campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and ensure that campaigns are meeting KPIs and objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital media management, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven experience in a digital agency managing media strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of OTC products and media trends in related sectors.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
