Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a Digital & Content Specialist who is creative, hands-on, and trend-savvy to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. This role will play a key part in content creation, KOL collaboration, and brand activation initiatives, supporting both brand awareness and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative digital content for social media, campaigns, and brand initiatives (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage end-to-end content planning, including ideation, scripting, coordination, posting, and basic performance tracking.
- Handle KOL / influencer collaboration, from sourcing, briefing, content coordination, to performance evaluation.
- Support and execute brand activation activities, both online and offline, in collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to ensure content stays relevant and engaging.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, creators, production teams).
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
- Track basic content and campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital content, social media, or brand marketing (FMCG / personal care experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven experience in content creation (visual, copy, short videos, reels, TikTok-style content).
- Hands-on experience managing KOL / influencer partnerships.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
- Creative mindset with good storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects at once.
- Basic understanding of digital metrics and content performance is a plus.
