Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This position will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the DevOps team, bridge the gap between software development and operations, and to ensure that software products are developed and delivered in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner.
Having experience in building full cycle CI/CD
Streamline the software development process by establishing efficient and automated workflows that enable developers to quickly and easily build, test, and deploy software applications.
Ensure high software quality by establishing automated testing processes and continuous integration and delivery pipelines that enable developers to catch bugs and issues early in the development process.
Esure faster time-to-market by establishing automated deployment processes that enable developers to quickly and easily deploy software applications to production.
Ensure better resource utilization by establishing processes that enable developers and operations teams to work more efficiently, with fewer errors and less downtime.
Ensure compliance and security by establishing processes and tools that enable the organization to meet regulatory requirements and protect sensitive data and information

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor's degree or Equivalent majoring in business/ technical.
Minimum 5 years experience in completed project software development or minimum 3 years experience in dev ops engineer and minimum 2-3 years experience lead teams
DevOps Lead can include a combination of technical and soft skills, including strong knowledge of software development and deployment processes, proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies, experience in software development and programming languages, leadership and management skills, communication and collaboration skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability and flexibility, and business acumen.
Effectively lead and manage the DevOps team, collaborate with different teams, solve problems, apply their technical expertise, adapt to change, and continuously learn and improve.
Technologies experience: AWS Serverless (mandatory), Microsoft Azure (mandatory), DevOps Azure (mandatory), Katalon, ServiceNow, Microsoft PowerPlatform, Automation Solution
