Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments in staging and production environments.
- Automate refine operational tasks including system provisioning, scaling, monitoring, and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability through observability and logging tools by providing alerts and incident response support.
- Collaborate with the Operation & Maintenance Manager to define operational standards, maintenance windows, and recovery procedures.
- Support post-deployment operations such as service rollbacks, patching, system backups, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment, or infrastructure-related issues affecting production services.
- Create and maintain documentation related to deployment processes, system topology, and automation routines.
- Integrate security and compliance checks (DevSecOps) into infrastructure and deployment workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure management, or site reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), container deployment tools (Helm, Dokploy), and application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Promtail, Loki, Gatus) and distributed tracing solutions (APM, New Relic, Elasticsearch).
- Experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox) and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Understanding of container security principles and zero trust networking.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Good collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in dynamic environments.
