Job Description:
As a DevSecOps Engineer at FIT HUB, you will play a critical role in enhancing the security posture and operational efficiency of our software development lifecycle. You will work closely with our engineering teams, composed of squads, to integrate security practices seamlessly into our development and deployment processes. Your expertise will help us accelerate the delivery of high-quality software products while maintaining a robust security framework.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable CI/CD pipelines that streamline software delivery processes.
- Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that security is prioritized throughout the development lifecycle.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and implement optimizations to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Implement advanced monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Provide guidance and support to engineering teams on secure coding practices, threat modeling, and security architecture.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, continuously improving our security posture and practices.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working as a DevSecOps Engineer, SRE, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash.
- Extensive Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and related tools.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
