Distribute and monitor the agents assigned accounts
Review collection activities including customer contacts, PTP, call attempt, duration, and WhatsApp usage
Team management, including motivating the agents
Help the agents to solve problems
Review the agents performance

Kualifikasi

1 year experience as Collection Team Leader for legal fintech company
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field
Able to work under pressure and target oriented
Possess a valid AFPI Supervisory Certification
