Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and oversee the implementation of collection strategies across teams;
- Monitor team performance and cost efficiency to optimize operations;
- Ensure achievement of collection targets, recovery rates, and productivity goals;
- Manage and motivate the collection team to improve job satisfaction and reduce attrition;
- Refine collection processes for enhanced efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and maintain a high quality of collection calls while minimizing complaints;
- Foster strong relationships within the team and promote team-building initiatives;
- Provide reports and insights on target achievement, customer handling analysis, and operational challenges to the Collection Manager
- Maintain relationships with outsourcing agency partners and represent the company's interests.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level for desk collection, with a proven track record of successful collections;
- Supervisory experience in collection/telecollection is strongly preferred (must have led at least 5 Team Leaders and 50 Agents);
- Ability to work accurately and independently while meeting strict deadlines;
- Comfortable working with targets and under pressure;
- AFPI Certified Collection Supervisor (SPPI) is a strong advantage.
