Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities for each team
- Monitor Collection Team performance and cost efficiencies
- Responsible for achieving collection targets/Recovery rate and productivity across team
- Manage Collection team in order to get higher satisfaction and lower attrition rate
- Adjust collection process in order to make it more efficient
- Ensure a good quality of collection call and complying the regulation of OJK and minimize the level of complaints
- Schedule working shifts of collectors reasonably
- Maintain relationship with collector and team building
- Provide statistics reports, information and feedback to Collection Manager on target achievement’
- Report on customer handling analysis and discuss target achievement, problems, and difficulties to Collection Manager
- Maintain relationship with Outsourcing Agency Partners and represent the company interests
Kualifikasi
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
- Required language(s): English
- Spoken and written English capability is a must
- Preferably Supervisor specialized in Collection/telecollection experience will be a strong advantage (at least experienced in handling 5 TLs, 50 Agents)
- At least 3 years of working experience in collection is required for this position
- Proven track of successful debt collection work experience
- Having ability to work accurately and independently towards a strict deadlines
- Enjoy working with target and under pressure
- AFPI certified collection supervisory or SPPI
