Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Jewelry design:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Owner of the company, and our Production Manager to develop jewelry designs that align with our brand values.
- Create concept and progress boards to document the R&D process for upcoming collections.
- Finalize and present comprehensive design boards for new collections.
- Develop pendant and engraving illustrations with a strong attention to detail.
Visual Design & Branding:
- Design and create illustrations and artwork for brand elements, and product information cards that capture the essence of Ananda Soul and align with our brand identity.
- Curate and select images for store signage to enhance in-store visual appeal.
- Develop and execute a visual merchandising plan across all store locations.
- Ensure jewelry display updates are scheduled and implemented for key campaigns and moments such as:
- New Collection Launches
- Major Campaigns (e.g: Valentines, Mother’s day. Holiday Seasons, etc)
Photoshoot & Marketing Campaign Support:
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop concept/mood boards for photoshoots.
- Research and cast models, photographers, and videographers for campaigns.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with other brands and manage communication (when needed).
- Oversee post-photoshoot asset follow-up, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Strong illustration, drawing, and art skills with a keen eye for details and aesthetics.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate ideas into visual design
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative team environment
- Experience in graphic design
- Photography skills and photoshoot planning experience
- High-level proficiency in design software and editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.).
- Strong command of design techniques and visual elements.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing past design and creative projects.
