- Oversee and manage various aspects of the C level office's operations and activities.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure efficient communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Provide support in analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's progress.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the company's growth.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in the consulting field, preferably with exposure to startup or large corporation environments as an operator, with responsibilities in Operations (Ops), Business Development (BD), or Sales functions.
- Strong/advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using various office software and tools for documentation and analysis.
