Job Descriptions:
- Melakukan supervisi /review dari hasil tindakan dokter spesialist/GP
- Menganalisa troubleshoot dan menentukan problem solving dari hasil supervisi
- Menyusun kebijakan dan prosedur dalam pengendalian mutu
- Memastikan semua standar prosedur sudah dilakukan
- Berkoordinasi dengan Clinic Department, Dental lab, Customer Experience dan stakeholder yang lain
- Membuat report dan pelaporan hasil supervisi
- Memberikan gagasan strategic untuk improvement Dentist Management
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Min S1/S2 Kedokteran Gigi / Management
- Berpengalaman min 5th sebagai Manager (diutamakan pernah bekerja sebagai Managerial di bidang Kesehatan, boleh Dokter Gigi atau Dokter Umum)
- Paham mengenai Manajemen Mutu Klinik/Rumah Sakit.
- Memiliki keterampilan analisa yang baik
- Terbiasa menggunakan Ms. Excel, Google Sheet, dll
- Penempatan : Jakarta - HO
