Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for managing end-to-end process of demand planning including sales, order/purchase, replenishment and campaign/promotions forecasts.
- Collaborate with related functions to gather information to maintain forecast accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze all factors including demand pattern, seasonality, price sensitivity, new SKUs that might contribute to demand fluctuations in their category.
- Develop and update forecasting formulas for campaigns, including revamping existing formulas.
- Analyze the impact of various campaigns (such as flash sales and discounts) on product demand and determine the appropriate uplift forecast.
- Create a framework for uplift forecasting in campaigns to improve sales prediction accuracy.
- Prepare reports for relevant stakeholders, including supporting reporting needs
- Develop a dashboard to analyze the impact of pricing on demand, working closely with the data team to determine the most suitable analysis method.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field within the supply chain, experience in Consulting would be preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with inventory forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience in FMCG or Retail industry would be a plus.
