Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for managing end-to-end process of demand planning including sales, order/purchase, replenishment and campaign/promotions forecasts.
- Collaborate with related functions to gather information to maintain forecast accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze all factors including demand pattern, seasonality, price sensitivity, new SKUs that might contribute to demand fluctuations in their category.
- Calculate and monitor sales forecast and actual sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the product data team to build a reliable engine and dashboard for forecasting.
- Collaborate with campaign and commercial team to gather information and calculation of forecast uplift for campaign and promotions
- Including all factors (demand pattern, seasonality, price sensitivity, new SKU, app positioning, swing SKU) to forecast calculation
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field within the supply chain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with inventory forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
