Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Demand Forecasting:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business intelligence.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track forecast accuracy and reason breakdown.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with Commercial, Campaign, Operations, Data, and Product teams to incorporate promotions, seasonality, and market shifts into demand plans.
4. Supply Chain Automation:
Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve forecasting time, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain resilience.
5. Continuous Improvement:
Drive process enhancements to improve demand planning accuracy, agility, and overall supply chain performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field within the supply chain, experience in Consulting would be preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with inventory forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience in Retail or FMCG would be a plus.
