Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, including assigning tasks to drivers, monitoring delivery progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliveries.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to create efficient delivery schedules and routes, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing delivery time.
- Supervise and support drivers, provide training on best practices and safety protocols, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, accuracy, fuel usage, and customer feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to deliveries, ensuring that concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of inventory for items scheduled for delivery, ensure vehicle maintenance schedules are followed, and monitor vehicle condition.
- Enforce adherence to safety standards and government regulations for transportation and delivery, ensuring that all vehicles and personnel meet necessary compliance requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on delivery operations, including performance metrics, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and coordinating with other departments.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected issues in delivery schedules or customer concerns.
- Analytical skills to track and improve delivery performance metrics.
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.
