Are you passionate about ensuring smooth and efficient IT delivery operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges? We are looking for talented Delivery Engineers to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will responsible for:
- Develop and maintain hardware that support the delivery process
- Manage and maintain the delivery IT infrastructure, including edge appliances, network, ip cam, and cctv
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the delivery IT systems and processes
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the delivery IT systems and processes
- Train and support delivery team members on the use of IT systems and tools
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in delivery IT
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field from a top university
- At least 1 years of experience in IT development or support, with a focus on delivery operations
- Strong understanding of software development, database management, and network administration
- Experience with Linux, Ubuntu, and computer hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Familiar with delivery management systems and software preferred
