Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Voice AI
- Menulis clean code dan efisien untuk aplikasi Voice AI
- Memantau kinerja aplikasi langsung dan bekerja pada optimisasi tingkat kode.
- Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan bottleneck, memperbaiki bug, dan meningkatkan kinerja aplikasi.
- Melakukan pengujian unit dan instrumen pada kode.
- Bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk mendefinisikan dan merancang fitur-fitur baru.
- Tetap update terhadap tren teknologi Machine Learning baru, pustaka, dan protokol.
Kualifikasi
- Sarjana dalam bidang kuantitatif seperti Ilmu Komputer, Statistik, atau Matematika
- Pengalaman Minimum 1 Tahun
- Bahasa Pemrograman: Kemahiran dalam Python (terutama untuk ilmu data, Model AI, Kumpulan Data, dan Pelatihan) merupakan keharusan
- Wajib menguasai algoritma Machine Learning dan penggunaannya dalam Data Science
- Menguasai NLP terutama text generation untuk pembuatan model question answer
- Menguasai text to speech dan voice cloning
- Familiaritas dengan SQL untuk kueri data
- Menguasai Kontrol Versi Git
- Pemahaman yang solid mengenai konsep statistik seperti pengujian hipotesis, analisis regresi, dan probabilitas
- Data Wrangling: Kemampuan membersihkan, memanipulasi, dan mentransformasi data dari berbagai sumber
- Keahlian dalam menggunakan alat seperti Tableau atau pustaka seperti matplotlib untuk membuat visualisasi yang jelas dan berdampak yang mengkomunikasikan wawasan secara efektif
- Kemampuan dalam memecah masalah kompleks menjadi bagian yang dapat dikelola dan menemukan solusi kreatif melalui analisis data
- Kemampuan untuk menerjemahkan temuan data yang kompleks menjadi penjelasan yang jelas dan ringkas
- Mampu bekerjasama dengan baik dan efektif dengan tim
