Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan logistik mengenai penerimaan barang
- Request purchase approval dari team finance dan management
- Membuat PO (Purchase Order) kepada supplier dan vendor
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan PPIC jika bahan atau alat produksi mengalami keterlambatan dalam kedatangan barang
- Memantau stok barang dan kebutuhan pembelian secara efisien
- Memiliki sikap cepat tanggap
- Terbiasa bernegosiasi dan komunikasi untuk membangun hubungan baik dengan vendor
Kualifikasi
- Lulusan SMK atau Sarjana dari berbagai jurusan
- Menguasai rumus-rumus Microsoft Excel
- Minimal Pengalaman 1 tahun (Internship maupun Fulltime)
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Barat
