Overview:
The Data Management Intern will assist in the collection, validation, centralize, and analysis of operational data from various sources, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of data in operational systems and databases. This role involves supporting data management procedures, contributing to the implementation of data standards, and preparing insightful reports and dashboards. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in testing new tools, and help troubleshoot data-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of operational data from various sources including user interactions, system performance, and process flows.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of data in our operational systems and databases.
- Help in developing and updating documentation for data management procedures and database descriptions.
- Contribute to the implementation of data standards and practices to improve the quality and efficiency of data processes.
- Prepare reports and dashboards that provide insights into operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs for projects and initiatives.
- Participate in the testing and rollout of new data management tools and software.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
Kualifikasi
- Undergraduate student/ fresh graduate in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Not participate in volunteering/KKN/PKL/other internship activities during the internship program
- Have experience in the field of Data Management is a plus
- Familiar with Excel, Airtable, or any database management tools
- Proven ability to demonstrate learning agility, adaptability, and proactivity
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
