Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mendesain dan mengembangkan data warehouse serta arsitektur data analytics.
- Membangun dan mengelola ETL/ELT pipeline dari berbagai source system.
- Melakukan data transformation dan data modeling untuk kebutuhan reporting dan analytics.
- Mengoptimasi query, struktur data, dan performa warehouse.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Product, Engineering, dan Management dalam kebutuhan data-driven decision.
- Menjamin kualitas, konsistensi, dan reliability data.
- Mengembangkan automation untuk proses pengolahan data.
- Membantu integrasi data antar sistem dan service.
- Berkontribusi pada pengembangan internal dashboard atau tools analytics bila diperlukan.
Kualifikasi
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Software Engineering / Web Development / Backend Development.
- Memiliki pengalaman atau exposure pada Data Analytics, Data Warehouse, atau Data Engineering.
- Menguasai SQL secara advanced.
- Memahami konsep data warehouse, ETL/ELT, data pipeline, dan data modeling.
- Memiliki pengalaman programming menggunakan salah satu bahasa seperti Python, Golang, Node.js, PHP, atau Java.
- Memahami API integration, database optimization, dan scalable system architecture.
- Familiar dengan Git workflow dan software engineering best practices.
- Terbiasa melakukan problem solving pada sistem production.
- Memiliki komunikasi dan analytical thinking yang baik.
