We are looking for a Data Engineer / Programmer to join our Information Technology team. This role involves developing, managing, and supporting data processing systems, integrations, and applications. The position is open to Junior, Middle, and Senior-level candidates who have a strong technical foundation, analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively. Experience in the banking or financial services industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Kualifikasi
Education:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Must have relevant experience in the IT field.
Work Experience:
- Junior: Fresh graduates are welcome. Must have completed a final project, training, or internship related to programming or data.
- Middle: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in an equivalent role in a similar industry.
- Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programmer or in an equivalent role with leadership responsibilities in a similar industry.
Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of general banking processes or prior experience in IT within the banking sector is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java EE).
- Skilled in SQL and working with various databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2.
- Experience with ETL tools such as ODI, Datastage, Talend, or Pentaho.
- Familiar with Data Warehouse concepts and Big Data platforms.
- Knowledge of API, SOAP Web Services, and ISO 8583.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Awareness of current technologies including Generative AI (Gen AI).
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze and debug issues effectively.
- Able to read and understand complex code.
- Proficient in designing logical workflows using flowcharts.
Soft Skills:
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work independently or in a team setting.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Senior Level:
- Demonstrates strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical initiatives.
