Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Develop and integrate platforms that enable development teams to access infrastructure, tools, and services through self-service capabilities.
  2. Design, build, and maintain data engineering solutions to support business and application requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
  4. Configure, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure application availability, performance, and reliability.
  5. Support implementation and management of Change Data Capture (CDC) and Kafka-based streaming solutions.
  6. Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system stability and security.
  7. Support implementation and maintenance of monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and ELK Stack.
  8. Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and containerization processes using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Chart.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and system integration.
  10. Ensure platform and data infrastructure align with business needs, particularly within banking product processes.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university in: Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems, Management Information Systems.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
  3. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in projects or system development involving: Change Data Capture (CDC), Apache Kafka.
  4. Experience implementing or supporting projects involving: Grafana, ELK Stack, CI/CD pipelines, Docker / Containerization, Kubernetes, Helm Chart.
  5. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
  6. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  7. Strong problem-finding and problem-solving capabilities.
  8. Good understanding of banking product business processes.
  9. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
