What would you do:
- Enable the team for decision-making by conducting analyses from multiple sources to present research in a digestible and actionable format.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the company
- Analyze large data sets using a variety of query and visualization tools.
- Provide technical expertise in solving ambiguous data problems and guide the team in building the most effective solutions.
- Anticipate, identify, structure, and solve critical problems
- Assisting with ad-hoc data extraction, visualization, and dashboarding tasks to support business needs.
- Maintaining and debugging existing dataset processes to ensure data integrity.
- Overseeing the management of tools used in the business intelligence process.
- Preparing and delivering reports with insights and key performance indicators for relevant stakeholders.
- Aligning projects with stakeholders to establish clear objectives and expectations.
- Conducting and reviewing data extraction, transformation, and organization processes to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Creating data visualizations, dashboards, and automated template reporting to facilitate informed decision-making for business users.
- Leading and supervising the BI and DS team to ensure efficient collaboration and successful project execution.
Kualifikasi
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Data Science & Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics
- 5+ years of extensive experience in Data roles
- Experience leading a team or a small project.
- Proficient in using analytics programming languages or tools to conduct scientific data analysis and extract valuable insights
- Able to communicate and represent data insights to various stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Capable of making informed decisions during project execution through critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software
