Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate, actionable insights that support business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions and analytical reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while continuously improving reporting processes and analytical workflows.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in a digital or startup company is an advantage.
