Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Work with the team to cultivate business relationships.
  • Generate reports and insights for Commercial and Operations team in due time.
  • Collaborate and contribute with other teams to plan, schedule, and execute action plans to increase productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in meeting the solutions’ needs by using a consultative approach.
  • Provide and analyse data to identify issues, including supply chain, operations, and commercial, and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Enhance workflow and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Conduct continuous periodic reports on key findings and assessments.
  • Track KPIs and report on operational performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Self-driven individual with high ownership and a sense of accomplishment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mind with business acumen.
  • Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven in completing tasks, and possess high initiative to take action, including as a team player.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
  • Knowledge and experience in SQL, especially BigQuery is a plus.
  • Familiar with supply chain process or FMCG industry is a plus.
