Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaboratively work with business analysts in defining business & technical requirements and specifications related to analytics
- Design and develop scalable ETL packages from the business source systems
- Performing raw data withdrawal or data that has been processed from the database needed for internal and external team analysis through BI tools or queries
- Build and maintain dashboards that effectively communicate insights to drive business decision
- Monitor and optimize dashboard/report performance and data refresh schedules, also perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues
Kualifikasi
- Possess experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles (2-3 years of experience)
- Data processing and analytical skills with SQL programming language, and Python skills will be an advantage
- Data visualization skills with visualization software or BI Tools such as Tableau, Looker, or POwer BO. Tableau skills more preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner, self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Excellent communication skills to translate analytics and insight to audiences
- Domain Expertise in business functions such as Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Finance will be an advantage
- Willing to be proceed as contract based minimum 6 months.
