Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collect, analyze, and share data to help business teams drive improvement in key business metrics, customer experience, and business results.
- Creating reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams so that we can keep track of our growth and progress
- Help define and maintain company-wide metrics and deploy them with data quality checks
- Evaluate product experiments and measure the impact to our target metrics
- Quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to enable data-driven decision-making support for the key projects
- Proactive in developing tools/analysis, and improving business metrics to keep them relevant with the company’s growth
Kualifikasi
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, and related major
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa & English); ability to effectively communicate and present data and insights to both internal and external teams.
- Knowledge & experience in data processing using Python, SQL & data visualization tools
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to drive insights in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in B2B environment
- Providing a data visualization portfolio will be a plus
- Knowledge in business intelligence tools will be a plus
