Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources (social media, campaigns, website, etc.).
- Assist in developing reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
- Support cross-functional teams (strategy, content, digital) with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain and update datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Stay up to date with the latest data analytics and digital marketing trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, or equivalent).
- 1–2 years of experience in data-related roles (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).
- Strong interest in data, numbers, and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic charts).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, Canva is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
