Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform exploratory data analysis on subscription business metrics (churn, retention, revenue, user behavior, etc.)
- Design and develop dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and initiative progress for Business and Product teams
- Build and maintain data marts for subscription-related data (dimensional modeling, fact/dimension tables)
- Perform regular and ad hoc report.
- Work closely with Business, Product, and Marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor degree from Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
- 2+ years working experience with relevant position
- Having experience in handling data related to subscription business process
Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL (complex queries, window functions, performance tuning)
- Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Metabase, Tableau, or Looker)
- Experience in data modeling and building data marts
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift) is a plus
