What You Will Do:
- Proactively partner with business stakeholders to communicate findings, synthesize insights, and prepare reports to support decisions such as cost-benefit analysis, forecasting, and impact assessments.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical models using advanced SQL and BI visualization tools.
- Lead task exploratory and diagnostic analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business decisions.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts, ensuring analytical rigor, consistency, and data storytelling excellence across deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to frame business problems, identify data-driven opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across multiple data environments through strong data governance and management practices.
- Contribute to internal capability building by developing reusable analytical frameworks, methodologies, and documentation.
- When required, work onsite with clients to support the implementation of data strategies and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Kualifikasi
Person We Are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related consulting roles (Mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent); working knowledge of Python/R for analytical modeling is preferred.
- Solid understanding of database design, ETL pipelines, and cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience translating analytical outcomes into business insights and communicating them effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deliver under pressure, and lead analytical workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and structured analytical thinking.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior analysts is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- familiarity with modern data science tools or platforms (e.g., Python, Vertex AI, or similar) is an advantage
