Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources (internal systems, SaaS platforms, databases).
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that impact business decisions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable business recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance standards are met.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process automation and reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Solid understanding of statistics, data cleaning, and reporting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
